The Online Work Readiness Assessment (OWRA) tool, developed by the US Department of Health and Human Services, is an assessment tool developed for State, Tribal, and county Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs and other stakeholders to improve the work readiness of low income and working individuals. Whether it’s understanding how to effectively determine specific work activities or to identify applicable support services, OWRA is an integrated and comprehensive tool.
